摘要: 用电子计算机计算分析弧齿锥齿轮和准双曲面齿轮齿面的接触传动过程,是近代设计制造这类齿轮的一项先进技术,它可提供选订最佳切齿调整参数和设计参数的决定性判据。M、L、Baxter首次介绍了这种方法,称为“齿面接触分析(TCA)”[2]。本文论证导出“齿面接触分析”各项计算公式的数学过程;阐明各部分计算的共轭啮合原理;写计算齿面接触斑点、V-H调整值和运动图的基本公式。

Abstract: The calculative analysis for driving contact process of tooth surfaces of Spiral bevel and hypoid gear by use of electronic digital computer is an advanced technique in recent times. It can give the decisive criterion to collect best parameters of gear cutting adjustment and design. M. L. Baxter introduced this method first[2], and called it"Tooth surfaces contact analysis(TCA)".This paper discribes the mathematical procedures in wuich each item of formulas in the "TCA" derives as well as the conjugate action principle of these calcultion in any part; presents the fundamental formulas to calculate tooth bearing, Y-H adjustment values and motion graph.
