摘要: 根据齿廓两次作用原理,本文指出了一平面齿廓有“两条”共轭曲线,导出了第二共轭曲线一般方程式。提出了滚圆与共轭齿轮瞬心圆重合的摆线齿轮啮合计算的新方法,其要点是:第一共轭曲线退变为一点,因此共轭齿轮齿廓是由第二共轭曲线确定的,文中导出了它的简便方程式,列举了,两个应用实例。

Abstract: According to the princinciple of double-enveloping, The author pointed out that a plane tooth-protile has "two" conjugate curves and derived a general epuation for the second onjugate curve. The author also proposed a new method for the calculation of engagement of cycloidal gears whose rolling circles coincide with the pitch circles of the conjugate gears. The nain poin- of the mathod aces the first conjugate curve degenerates into a point, the tooth-porfile of the conjugate gear is therefors determined by the second conjugate cnrve. A simple equation for determining conjugate tooth-profils and two examples using this equation are given in this paper.
