摘要: 本文运用动力学的原理研究齿轮传动系统(简称轮系)的啮合受迫振动。由于采用的力学膜型很接近轮系的真实结构,因此可以较全面地分析轮系各结构参数对啮合受迫振动的影响。适当地选择结构参数,可以获得最佳的质量和刚度匹配以提高轮系的传动平稳性。文章为计算机辅助设计提供了一个较精确的算法。

Abstract: This paper researches the forced vibration in gearing of the geared systems by the principle of dynamics. As the mechanical models applied in this paper are jest like the practical structure of the geared systems, we can analyze the connection of the structural parameters to the forced vibration in gearing, completely. Properly optimizing all these parameters, the best match of the mass and rigidity for the gearing stability can be obtained. This paper presents a more accurate algorithm for the computer aided design.
