摘要: 本文系统论述了系列化离心压气机的设计原理与方法。首先,应用叶轮机械气动力学原理分析了系列了离心压气机的设计特点、堵塞与喘振现象、叶轮与叶片扩压器的匹配关系。损失与选择最佳速度分布的准则等问题。在此基础上提出了具体的设计方法,包括各通流元件的分档方案,主要气动与结构参数的选取,S 1及S 2流面计算与叶轮造型方法。根据所述原理与方法研制的涡轮增压器“355型”系列化离心压气机已圆满达到设计要求,并通过鉴定投产。本文介绍了主要的试验结果。

Abstract: The principles and methods of design of a seriation centrifugal compressors have been systematically discussed in this paper. First of all, various problems, such as the design feature of a seriation centrifugal compressors, chock and surge, match between impellers and diffusers, osses and criteria of the optimal distribution of velocities etc: have been analysed according to aerodynamics of turbomachinary. On this basis, a concrete method of design has been proposed. It comprises the subjects, such as the scheme of distributing grade of impellers and diffusers, the choise of basic aerodynamical and mechanical parameters, the calculation of S1, and S2 steam surfaces, the methods of shaping inducers, etc. Seriation centrifugal compressors of type CZ-355 which have been designed in accordance with above principles has successfully reached the design indexes, and have been appraised and put into operation. The main part of the experiment results was also presented in this paper.
