摘要: 本文利用多级汽轮机柏生(Parsons)数X与级轮周效率η u的相互关系,研究了对应于最佳轮周效率η (uρt)时汽轮机的级数、级的节圆直径(或根径)、级热降、喷咀出口角度以及速度比u/C1等各种参数的最佳匹配问题。这种方法是Robert Szewalski教授首创的,他仅研究纯冲动和屯反动式(ρ=0.5)两种情况,使用场合受到限制。本文则着重分析任意反动度ρ对各种最佳参数的影响,并提出了不同柏生数时最佳反动度的新概念。同时首次将柏生数引入了扭曲叶片的设计,提出了设计扭曲叶片实现最高效率的途径和努力方向。

Abstract: Paper presents a method for achieving the maximum blade efficiency in steam turbine design and it can be used by designers to determine these parameters, such as number of stage, mean diameter of stage, heat drops of stage, nozzle-angle α1, velocity ratio u/c1 and degree of reaction. The proposed method makes use of the Parsons-number X as the basic design parameter linkings the attainable level of efficiency with the stage’s dimensions and hence in same way the costs of its production. The concept of this method used only for degree of reaction ρ=0.0 and P = 0.5 was presented the first time 33 years ago by Prof. Dr. Robert Szewalski. The author utilizing the same basic method develops it in wide range of degree of reaction and presents a new concept of optimal degree of reaction, for steam turbine design. The paper also considers to apply this method for the twisted blade design and point out the direction for realizing its higher, level of efficiency.
