立螺旋输送理论目前存在的主要问题

摘要: 目前有关立螺旋输送机输送理论的探讨文章共同特点皆为以松散粉状物粒为输送对象,从单粒运动的质点力学原理出发,推求粒群整体的流动规律(本文简称粒流)。但从单粒运动规律过渡到粒流运动时,则多半缺乏理论根据。各家在这个转折点上表现出不够严格的态度。无非通过一些假定,或取平均等方法作为过渡手段。因此各种粒流学说导出的粒流规律分歧很大。这在目前立螺旋输送理论中可以说是一个澄清的主要问题。本文拟就三篇典型文章文献[1][2][3]进行评论,指出目前以单粒运动规律为基础形成的立螺旋输送理论体系应该作出较大的修改。并对粒流运动的动力基本公式的推导提出一个初步方案。

Abstract: The dynamical theory of a single particle on vertical screw transporter has been thoroughly developed. In recent papers Results obtained from single particle are generalized in order to solve the dynamical problem on the assembly of corpuscular substances. However, the simplified assumptions on the assembly as well as the way of generlization made by several authors differ so much from each others thus giving quite different conclusions in the contemporary theories on vertical screw transporter In this paper, the author reviews three typical papers by analyzing different assumptions there involved and points out that the exact theoretical derivation of corpuscular substances as a whole on vertical screw transporter must not be obtained simply from generalizing the formulae of single particle, such as was done by papers so far announced. In case all corpuscles have the same angular velocity about the axis of the rotating screwy and that vibration prevails in the machine it is shown that the solute Lion may be obtained by the principle of moment of forces.
