Abstract: In this article, by the point of kinematics author studied the basic adjustable factots to act on thee tooth parameters which include pressure angle, diagonal contact,profile curvature, tooth line curvature and spiral angle when spiral bevel gear is being cut on rigid machine(spindle of cutter can't be inclined) and found a lot of useful formulas. From the previous analysis, author considered all tire methods of the gear cutting, and introduced the new ways.
