摘要: 拉削、铰削、形成车削、齿轮切削时都常碰到极薄切削层。在极薄切削层下,刀具切削部分光洁度时刀具耐用度起着特别显著的影响。但是,关于刀具切削部分光洁度及刀刃参数对切削过程的影响,文献中尚缺进行过系统研究的记载。这一问题的解决,对于精密切削时的合理选用刀具光洁度及刀刃参数、合理选用切削用量和提高加工质量都将有所帮助。为此,作者与诸兴华、卢文祥等同志曾对刀具切削部分光洁度、刀刃参数及极薄切削厚度对切削热、切屑收缩系数、积屑瘤及刀~屑接触长度等的影响进行了详细的反复的试验研究以探求极薄切削时各因素间的内在联系。本文就是关于这一方面的分析和报导。

Abstract: This paper presents the experimental resulfs and inveslignlione of authors on the influences of the surface-finish of the surfnce-finish of metnl-cutting tool on the metal-cuffing proeess wlth extra fine clips. The solution of tills problem is beneficinl for the seleetlon of surface fininh of the metal-cutting tool and tile seleeh;ion of reasonable cuffing coneiftions ill tlnz finishing operation of metal-cutting.
