摘要: 刀具切削部分的表面光洁度一般规定在▽▽▽7~▽▽▽9之间;对于光整加工刀具来说,它的工作面光洁度有时也规定为▽▽▽9~▽▽▽11。但是,关于刀具光洁度与耐用度的关系,文献中尚少见有进行过系统研究的记载。这一问题的解决,对于精密切削加工时的合理选用刀刃参数,和刀具设计及刀具刃磨时的决定合理光洁度数值,都将有所帮助。为此,作者与卢文祥等同志曾作了一系列的反复的试验,曾发表“刀具切削部分光洁度与刀具耐用度及工件加工光洁度的关系”一文[1];近来我们又对刀刃参数对切削热、积屑瘤及切屑收缩系数等的影响进行了较为详细的试验研究。本文就是这些试验研究的综合报导。

Abstract: The surface finish of the metal-cutting tool is. Often recommended to betaken as ▽▽▽7-▽▽▽9. For the tool used for extra-fine finishing, its surface finish may be taken as ▽▽▽9-▽▽▽▽11. This paper presents the experimental results & investigations of authors on the influence of the surface finish of the metal-cutting tool on the tool-life the tool-temperature the built-up: edge and the coefficient of contraction of chip. The solution o1; this problem is beneficial for the selection of the. Surface finish of the tool with reasonable tool-life . And the selection of reasonable parameters of the .tool-lip for the finishing operation of metal-cutting.
