摘要: 烟气流速问题是影响到锅炉设计与运行的经济性与安全性的一个重要因素。国内目前尚无烟气流速的标准数据,在锅炉设计中主要是参考苏联资料。作者在这方面进行了飞灰磨损的理论分析,同时设计了试验台,根据各地国产煤20种灰样进行比较长期的试验研究,推荐出我国锅炉在燃用贫煤与烟煤是的最大允许烟气流速,为节约锅炉的金属材料提出了意见,公锅炉制造部门与电站运行部门等有关单位在锅炉设计制造与运行时的参考。

Abstract: Velocity of the flue gas of boiler convection heating surface is an important factor to the economy and safety of boiler design and operation it affects the quantity of metal consumption of boiler manufacture and the working reliability of boiler service. In the present time the gas velocities used in boiler design in China are mainly referred to the Russian standard, but the characteristics of coals and some other factors of the two countries are not the same, therefore it is necessary to do the research work about this problem. The authors have made a complete analysis regarding to the characteristics of abrasion of coals and have done a series of experiments of different kinds of coals. In the end of this paper, the authors proposed the data of gas velocities which could be used in boiler design and operation in China as reference.
