摘要: 进行了原始组机为r+δ及r+σ的18/8型不锈钢材在560℃,600℃及685℃的蠕变试验,藉以研究组机结构对钢材蠕变的影响。试验结果指出原始组机为r+σ的钢材在上列三个温度具有较低的蠕变强度及较大的恒蠕变速。根据试验结果找出了使钢材在一定时间内断裂或使其产生一定的蠕变速时应力与温度的关系。在试验过程中具有r+δ及r+σ的试样都有碳化物的沉淀,试验时间较长,则在前一种试样中并观察到δ-铁素体逐渐分解为σ-相及与奥氏体。

Abstract: Creep rupture tests were carried out on a 18/8/3/1 Cr-Ni-MO-Ti stainless steel in both quenched and sigmatised conditions with a view to investigating the effect of sigma and carbide precipitation on the creep rupture properties of the modified 18/8 stainless steel. It is shown that at the three temperatures, 560℃, 600℃ and 685℃, specimens which were previously sigmatised 5 hours at 850℃ possess lower creep strength and greater creep rate as compared with those which were solution-treated at 1100℃. It is probable that sigma and carbide precipitation might have certain influence on the creep rupture properties of this particular steel.
