摘要: 规模定制化生产与传统生产模式有着革命性区别,表现为内涵上为制造业企业实现范围经济和规模经济的协同提供支撑,外延上不仅受到技术驱动和需求拉动的影响,还因为创新系统失灵和市场失灵问题需要政府的积极引导。基于价值共创理论,在构建规模定制化生产基本分析框架基础上,区分三类典型模式并剖析相关案例,然后系统分析规模定制化生产的基本原理和关键技术,以及从技术驱动、需求拉动和政策推动角度梳理规模定制化生产的主要驱动因素。最后,结合前述分析,为我国规模定制化生产模式的发展和推广提供对策建议,以期促进我国工业部门基础广泛的生产模式变革。

Abstract: Mass customization is revolutionarily different from the traditional production mode. On the one hand, it provides support for manufacturing enterprises to realize the synergy between economies of scope and economies of scale. On the other hand, it is not only influenced by technology-push and demand-pull factors, but also requires active government guidance due to problems such as innovation system failure and market failure. Drawing on the value co-creation theory, this study firstly constructs a framework for analyzing mass customization, and then distinguishes three typical mass customization models and analyzes relevant cases. Thirdly, it discusses the driving factors for mass customization from the perspectives of technology-push, demand-pull, and policy-promotion. Finally, countermeasure suggestions are provided for the development and popularization of the mass customization in China, aiming to promote the wide-based manufacturing transformation in China’s industrial sectors.
