螺纹连接松动机理和防松方法研究综述

Research Review on Loosening Mechanisms and Anti-loosening Methods of Threaded Fasteners

摘要: 螺纹松动失效将导致螺纹连接失去原有的功能、降低机械产品性能,甚至在某些情况下诱发紧固件疲劳断裂,进而引发严重的安全事故。国内外学者针对螺纹连接的松动机理和防松方法展开大量的研究,为充分了解松动机理和防松方法的研究进展,推动相关问题的深入研究,在阐述螺纹连接松动内涵的基础上,提出将螺纹连接松动分为非旋转松动和旋转松动两个类型,并从非旋转松动和旋转松动两个方面对螺纹连接松动的相关研究进展进行综述;同时从传统防松结构和新型防松结构两个方面,对螺纹连接防松方法的相关研究进展进行综述。最后,对论文进行总结,并展望了螺纹连接松动机理和防松方法的未来研究方向。

Abstract: Loosening failure will cause the loss of the original functions of threaded fasteners and the reduction of the performance of mechanical products. In some cases, loosening failure even induces the fatigue fracture of fasteners, which may lead to serious safety accidents. Domestic and overseas scholars have carried out a lot of research on the loosening mechanisms and anti-loosening methods of threaded fasteners. In order to make researchers fully understand the research status of loosening mechanisms and anti-loosing methods and promote the in-depth studies of related issues, it is proposed that the loosening of threaded fasteners can be divided into two categories, i.e. non-rotation and rotation loosening, based on the statement of loosening connotation. Then the research status on loosening of threaded fasteners is reviewed from two aspects: non-rotation and rotation loosening. At the same time, the research status on anti-loosening methods of threaded fasteners is also reviewed from two aspects: traditional anti-loosening structure and novel anti-loosening structures. Finally, the paper is summarized, and the future research directions of loosening mechanisms and anti-loosening methods of threaded fasteners are prospected.
