基于反时限方法的抽水蓄能机组振动保护模型

摘要: 稳定性监测与保护系统是保障抽水蓄能机组安全稳定运行的重要手段。受限于运行水头、有功功率等因素,振动保护系统跳机逻辑呈现日益复杂的趋势,不能实现机组运行异常或故障的可靠跳机。为解决这一问题,考虑材料疲劳曲线,引入电气工程广泛应用的反时限方法并应用到振动保护系统中。介绍反时限方法,在研究并总结抽水蓄能机组典型非稳态过程振动峰峰值特性基础上,提出振动保护的反时限定值整定方法及流程,采用具体电站实际事故验证了反时限方法的有效性。研究表明:按躲过正常过渡过程中出现的最大振动累积量并考虑1.5~2.0的可靠系数能够实现反时限保护的有效整定;基于反时限法的振动保护跳机逻辑简单可靠,能够解决目前振动保护系统逻辑复杂、可靠性差等问题;同时,该方法对于其他类型旋转机械具有参考价值。

Abstract: Stability parameter monitoring and vibration protection system plays important role in safe and stable running of pumped storage power units. For the constraints of some factors from working head, active power, etc. trip logic of vibration protection system becomes complicated more and more. Therefore, the protection system usually can not accurately trip the unit on the unit abnormality and failure. In order to solve the above problem, a new solution that considering the material fatigue life is proposed with introducing inverse-time method from electrical engineering to vibration protection system.The inverse-time method is presented briefly; Vibration peak-to-peak value characteristics of typical unstable working points of pumped storage power unit are studied. On the basis of vibration characteristics, the setting method and procedures of vibration inverse-time protection is proposed. The effectiveness of inverse-time method for the unit vibration is verified by a detailed case. The research indicates that by avoiding the maximum accumulated vibration and taking the reliability coefficient of 1.5-2.0, inverse-time vibration protection can be settled validly. Trip logic based on the inverse-time method is reliable and cost-effective. Problems, such as complicated logic, poor reliability from nowadays used in vibration protection, can be solved. Meanwhile, the method provided is of reference value for other rotating machinery.
