联合载荷下角接触球轴承的动态特性分析

Analysis of Dynamic Characteristics of Angle Contact Bearings with Combined Loads

摘要: 高速轴承是我国国民经济和国防工业急需的关键零部件,基于非线性弹性赫兹接触理论以及琼斯哈里斯模型,在原有三自由度动力学模型的基础上,提出一个五自由度拟静力学分析模型,考虑离心力,陀螺力矩,接触角等因素的影响。从角接触球轴承(Angular contact ball bearing,ACBB)内部几何关系入手,根据勾股定理列出几何平衡方程,分别对滚珠和轴承内圈进行受力分析,列出受力平衡方程,采用牛顿拉夫逊方法结合迭代步长调节因子对平衡方程组进行求解。通过求解特定工况下的轴承刚度和轴承动态参数与已有文献的结果进行对比,验证本文方法的准确性,稳定性和通用性。根据已建立的动力学模型,分别开展轴承外载荷和转速对轴承动态特性的研究。结果表明,在联合载荷作用下,轴向和径向载荷对轴承动态参数和轴承刚度有重要影响,且两者在一定程度上相互制约。力矩对轴承的动态特性影响较小。

Abstract: High speed bearing is a key component of national economy defense industry, according to the nonlinear elastic Hertzian contact theory and Jones Harris model and the original three-degree-freedom dynamic model, a five-degree-freedom dynamic analysis model which take into account the influence of centrifugal force and gyroscopic moment and contact Angle and other factors is proposed. Based on Pythagorean theorem, the geometric equilibrium equations are listed and the forces on the ball and the inner ring of the bearing are analyzed respectively from the internal geometric relations of angular contact ball bearing (ACBB)., the accuracy, stability and generality of the proposed method is verified by comparing the stiffness of bearings under specific working conditions with the results of existing literatures. According to the established model of ACBB, the dynamic characteristics of ACBB are investigated under external loads and speed, respectively. The results are shown as follow, the axial and radial load have great influence on the dynamic parameters and stiffness of ACBB and the influences of axial and load are opposite in some degree。The effects of torques on the dynamic characteristics are very little than the other external loads.
