摘要: 工程领域中随处可见的碰撞、振动现象,使冲击和冲蚀已成为众多装备中关键零部件破坏和失效的主要原因之一。表面工程特别是涂层技术的发展和应用有效地改善了这一情况,通过赋予材料表面更好的性能,延长了工件的使用寿命。涂层的冲击磨损和冲蚀磨损不仅与材料有关,还受到角度、温度等服役工况的影响,是一个多因素共同作用的复杂过程。通本文以硬质涂层为对象,介绍了其发展历程,分析并总结了其耐冲击、冲蚀性能的研究现状,并展望了未来研究趋势。

Abstract: Impacts and vibrations are common in the engineering fields, which leads the impact wear and erosion wear become one of the prime reasons for the destruction and failure of key components. The development and application of surface engineering technologies, especially the surface coating technology, effectively improve this situation, resulting in a prolonged service life by giving better performance on the material surface. The impact wear and erosion wear of coatings are not only depended on materials, but also affected by the angle, temperature and other service conditions, which is a complex process of multiple factors. Experimental studies are usually used to obtain reliable data and results, and the development of test device is briefly introduced, as well as the characterization methods of impact performance. The future research trends of the impact and erosion behavior of hard coating are also prospected.
