摘要:

逆向供应链服务是废弃物资源化处理和综合利用的有效运行管理模式之一。针对逆向供应链服务活动复杂多样、服务资源数量庞大导致其模块化及匹配困难问题,在分析逆向供应链服务过程的基础上,提出逆向供应链概念性服务的概念,并构建一种逆向供应链概念性服务模块二层匹配框架模型、提出其两层匹配方法,以获取满足客户需求的最优服务活动和服务供应商组合方案。针对功能性服务模块组合经验知识难以定量度量问题,提出基于矢量空间模型的服务活动抽象模块匹配方法;针对服务响应时间、服务成本和服务质量等多目标优化常相互冲突难以同时达到最优的问题,提出基于多目标遗传优化的服务供应商知识模块匹配方法,通过加权组合的Pareto选优,从所获得的无法进行简单比较的Pareto最优解集中得到符合客户需求偏好的最优解,进而指导最终服务供应商优选。以某钢铁企业废钢逆向供应服务为例,验证逆向供应链概念性服务模块匹配方法的可行性、有效性和实用性。

Abstract: Reverse supply chain services is an important operation and management model of resource recovery and comprehensive utilization. For the modular and matching problems caused by complex and diverse service resources, the concept of reverse supply chain conceptual services is put forward based on analyzing the process of reverse supply chain services. In order to get the optimal combining scheme of service activities and service partners to meet customer requirements, a two-hierarchy conceptual service module matching frame model of reverse supply chain is constructed, and its two-hierarchy matching method is proposed. As the empirical knowledge of functional service module combination is difficult to quantitatively measure, a matching model of the functional service extraction module basis on vector space model is constructed. As the multi-objective including service response time, service cost and service quality often conflicting in the optimization, a multi-objective optimization model for matching service providers’ knowledge module is constructed. The non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm II (NSGA-II) is adopted to solve this optimization problem and get the Pareto optimization. The optimal solution to meet customer demand preference is get form the Pareto optimization via the weighting combination, and then the result is used to direct the selection for service providers. The feasibility and availability of the service module matching method are proved by the case of scrap steel reverse supply service for one iron and steel enterprise.
