踏面制动温升对重载铁路车轮磨耗的影响*

摘要:

建立一个考虑踏面制动温升影响的重载铁路车轮磨耗预测模型,模型中通过考虑温度对车轮、钢轨硬度的影响,实现温度对车轮磨耗影响的研究。相对以往的轮轨磨耗预测模型,该数值预测模型可以考虑轮轨接触界面有较大摩擦温升(如重载铁路踏面制动)时的轮轨磨耗演化机理,使预测结果更加符合实际情况。用所建立的轮轨磨耗数值预测模型,研究重载列车紧急制动时的车轮磨耗,分析考虑和不考虑温度影响下的车轮磨耗状态。结果表明:重载铁路踏面制动摩擦温升会加剧车轮磨耗,与不考虑摩擦温升相比,考虑摩擦温升时车轮总磨耗体积增加12.1%,当制动温升达到最高时最大磨耗深度增加22.5%。

Abstract: A model for wheel wear prediction is built to research the influence of temperature on wheel wear for heavy haul freight car. Influence of temperature rising on wheel wear is studied, through analyzing hardness change of rail and wheel caused by wheel temperature rising due to tread braking. Compared with wheel wear prediction model in the past, model built takes into account the impact of temperature rising during wheel/rail friction on wheel-rail profile evolution caused by wear, for example temperature rising during heavy haul freight car’s tread braking can be considered. So the results of wear prediction agree with the actual situation better. The wheel wear during emergency braking are obtained with the prediction model being employed. The difference of the wheel wear status between temperature rising considered and temperature rising neglected are obtained. The results indicate that temperature rising of friction exacerbate wheel wear, during heavy haul freight car emergency braking. Compared with the results taking no account temperature rising of friction, total wear volume will grow by 12.1% when taking temperature rising into account and the maximum wear depth will grow by 22.5% when temperature rising reaches the maximum.
