封闭式高速压电板形仪研制及其工业应用

摘要: 为适应高速冷轧条件下的板形检测需求,实现板形检测技术研究制造的国产化,自主研制一套适用于冷轧带钢板形检测的新型内封闭式高速压电板形仪,并成功将其应用于国内某厂四机架六辊900 UCM冷连轧机组。自主开发配套的板形仪标定分析平台并对其进行整机测试,综合研究检测辊转速、包角、辊体挠曲变形、带钢卷取附加应力和带钢边部局部加载等因素对板形检测信号的影响规律及其相应的补偿方法。解决了压电信号电磁干扰、机电信号耦合、红外无线信号传输、电路自封闭等难题。工业现场连续无故障运行,验证了该板形仪结构合理,性能稳定,检测信号能准确反映现场板形,检测精度满足现场要求,为冷连轧带钢高速板形闭环控制提供了良好的检测条件。

Abstract: In order to adapt the requirement of strip shape measuring in high speed cold rolling and realize the nationalization of strip shape testing and manufacturing technique, a new high-speed inner close piezoelectric shape measuring roll is self-developed for cold rolled steel strip, and it has been applied to a 4-tandem cold mill consisted of 6-high 900UCM stands. A complete set of calibration and analysis platform of the shape meter is independently developed. And a series of tests are carried out on the whole machine. The influence factors and its calibration and compensation scheme of the flatness detection signal are comprehensively researched, such as the rotation speed of the roll, the wrapping angle and the flexural deflection of measuring roll, the superimposed stress caused by uneven coiling of steel strip and the partial load of the strip edge. The problems such as electromagnetic interference of piezoelectric signal, electromechanical decoupling of shape signal, transmission of infrared wireless signal and inner closed of circuit have been solved. The continuous trouble-free operation in industry field has proved that it has the reasonable structure and stable performance. Moreover, the detection signal can accurately reflect the strip shape of the scene, and the detection precision can meet the requirements of the industrial field. The research provides good detection conditions for the high speed close-loop control of cold rolled steel strip.
