基于预测函数算法的冷连轧边降滞后控制研究

Research on Time-delay of the Edge Drop Control in Tandem Cold Mill Based on the Predictive Functional Control Algorithm

摘要: 边降是冷轧带钢控制的重要板形参数之一,它直接影响着带钢的成材率和下游行业产品的质量。目前边降调节的闭环系统中存在严重的滞后问题,解决闭环系统时间滞后问题对于边降控制具有重要意义。传统的滞后控制方法对于高速轧制的冷连轧控制能力很弱,基于此,主要研究预测函数算法对边降闭环控制效果。分析边降板形闭环控制系统中引起反馈信息滞后的主要原因,采用预测函数算法对含有滞后环节的闭环系统进行控制,研究预测函数算法对边降闭环滞后控制的动态特性。仿真结果表明,预测函数算法对于控制模型是否精确具有良好的控制品质,对于外界干扰也具有良好的抗干扰性,除此之外,预测函数具有在线计算量小、适合于高速控制的特性,因而使用预测函数算法可以提高边降板形控制精度。

Abstract: One of the most important parameters of shape control of tandem cold mill is the edge drop, it affects both yield of the strip and the quality of the products. There is a large time-delay on the edge drop closed-loop control, it’s necessary to solve this problem for improving the quality of the shape of tandem cold mill. It is difficult to obtain satisfactory results with the traditional control method. So, the main content of the article makes two key contributions. It analyses the main reason of the time-delay on the edge drop closed-loop control. The dynamic characteristics of the time-delay of the edge drop closed-loop control by using the predictive functional control (PFC) algorithm are studied. The simulation results show that the PFC algorithm has good control quality for both accurate control model and non-accurate control model, and the anti-interference ability is stable. Besides, the control accuracy of the edge drop is improved.
