基于多流管算法Φ型风轮性能改善研究

Aerodynamic Performance Promotion of Φ Type Wind Turbine Based on Multiply Stream Tubes Model

摘要: Φ型风轮的叶片旋转一周,力矩随方位角呈波浪形波动,两个方位角区域的力矩极小,表现为制动力矩,严重影响风轮的整体性能。提出采用干扰气流来改善极低力矩区域叶片周围流场,进而提高Φ型立轴风轮气动性能的新方法。基于多流管模型分析两叶片和三叶片两种风轮,在干扰气流影响下赤道半径R、0.75R和0.55R高度叶片叶素的气动攻角,风能利用系数的分布规律。研究结果证明干扰气流较高地提高了极小力矩区域叶片不同高度叶素的气动攻角,产生了新的攻角极大值;在最佳尖速比下风能利用系数最大提高了10%左右。证明了干扰气流对风轮气动性能改善的有效性,为立轴风轮的优化设计和应用提供一种新思路。多流管模型计算结果与文献试验数据比较,两者吻合良好,证明计算结果具有一定的精度。

Abstract: Within a circle of blade running, coefficient of torque looked like a wave line, where has two minim torque zones, performs as two brake toques. A new method to increase the performance of Φ-type wind turbine is put forward, by rebuilding the flow field at the minimal torque value area, through inducing a gust of interfere air. Based on multiply stream-tubes model, the effect of interfere air on attack angle of wind turbine in different rotation diameter R, 0.75R and 0.55R are studied, the results show that:The interfere air highly promote the attack angles in of blade element in different height and in minimal torque area, and a new maximum attack angle is created. Same time, at the optimum tip speed ratio, the performance coefficient is raised 10%.These prove that the new method positive effect on aerodynamic increasing and provide a new way for vertical axis wind turbine designing and application.The results of multiply stream tubes model are compared with the test results of reference, the two results show a good agreement, which means that the results of multiply stream tubes model has high accuracy.
