摘要: 结合周向短弹簧汽车双质量飞轮的设计开发,提出基于自锁原理的双质量飞轮安全保护装置,实现在飞轮失效时,能使初级飞轮与次级飞轮自动楔入、自锁联为一体,避免了行车事故的发生,且装置具有结构简单、可靠的特点。通过建立考虑摩擦的力分析模型,导出能确保自锁的形状约束的型线方程,在此基础上,应用Winkler弹性理论,构建出基于形状约束的接触力、转矩-扭转角的分析计算模型。应用所提出的理论方法,对2.0 L发动机搭载的双质量飞轮的安全保护装置进行设计,并用有限元法和实际测试进行验证,结果表明,所提出的理论方法和计算模型有较高的符实性。通过分析研究,总结出双质量飞轮安全保护装置的参数确定原则,所提出的设计理论与方法能参考应用于设计实践,拓宽了双质量飞轮的设计理论。

Abstract: Combining with the design and development of circumferential short spring automobile dual mass flywheel, the safety protection device based on auto-lock theory is proposed. This device can automatically connect the primary and secondary flywheel together by wedging the profiles of them with the auto-lock feature to avoid driving accident when flywheel fails, and this device is reliable and with simple mechanism. By establishing the force analysis model considering friction, the equation of ensuring auto-lock shape constraint profile is obtained. Based on the above and with the application of Winkler elastic theory, the analysis calculation model of contact force and torque-torsion angle based on shape constraint is established. With the application of the theoretical method, the safety protection device of the dual mass flywheel assembled on the 2.0 L engine is designed. Results of finite element analysis and real test verify the theoretical method and the calculation model proposed comply with the reality. By thorough analysis and research, design criteria of safety protection device of dual mass flywheel is summarized and the proposed design theory and method can be applied to design practice, which broadens the design theory of dual mass flywheel.
