RELATION BETWEEN SUPPORTING ROLLER FATIGUE FATE OF ROTARY KILN AND AXIS LINE AND HOW TO PREDICT ITS FATE

Abstract: When the fatigue fate of supporting roller of rotary kiln is analyzed quantificationally, load ratio is introduced. The roller stress distributing rule, under different load ratio and vertical load is analyzed with finite element method. Based on the rule, the linear relations between roller largest stress and equivalence stress and load ratio are derived. And the relations between fatigue scathe and fatigue fate and axis line deflection are deduced. The practical example is given to predict fatigue fate of roller with axes measuring, which provides useful theory reference to maintain and regulate rotary kiln. The study indicates that the axis reasonable regulated can increase fatigue fate and reduce fatigue crack of roller.
