INTEGRATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF NATIONAL AUTOMOTIVE CATALYTIC CONVERTER

Abstract

Abstract: Now automotive catalytic converters in China mainly rely on imports because the converter made in our country has still many problems such as matching. A kind of catalytic converter for TJ7131 is developed. The catalytic converter system performance and reliability are evaluated. It is shown that this kind of catalytic converter system has perfect purging and matching performance, and bears reliability of 50 000 km meanwhile shows that the exhaust emission of the TJ7131 installed the catalytic converter can reach ECE R Ⅱ emission standard and the synthesis characteristic of the catalytic converter is prior to the importing one.
