Abstract: To improve the leveling effect of moving electrochemical finishing(ECF), according to the actual work of anodic and cathode surface micro-profile, it’s theoretically analysis of the error reflecting effects and anodic dissolution in two different cases, obtains that the existence of relative motion between the electrodes is helpful for improving the finishing effect. To this, in the range of different test parameters, the copper specimen that it has different surface quality as a cathode and different anode percentage change in the quality before and after the experiment as the main experimental basis parameters, it’s researched that the removal mechanism of mobile ECF by means of experiments. The results show that the existence of relative motion between the electrodes make the characteristics of flow field between the electrodes improving and out-point of surface’s micro-topography encounter probability increasing. The motion has the current field uneven distribution of characteristic strengthening and finishing effect improving.
