Abstract: Due to the existence of various load in the mechanical and electrical products service environment, increasing the key components (such as crankshaft) state of uncertainty, greatly hindered the mechanical and electrical products maintenance and the end-of-life remanufacturing of its key parts (such as crankshaft). To solve this problem, based on the dynamic analysis, the collision energy consumption model of crankshaft connecting rod under wear clearance is constructed. Meanwhile, the on-line monitoring technology is used to obtain the monitoring data of engine service condition through bench test. And the related monitoring characteristic parameters were extracted by the wavelet packet analysis method, and the mapping relationship between the monitoring parameters and the collision energy consumption is established to present the evolution rule the monitoring parameters of the crankshaft connecting rod under wear clearance. The method can be used in the monitoring of engine service state and predict process, and provides technical support for engine maintenance and remanufacturing.
