Abstract: In the current research on the form-state analysis of the deployable antenna cable net, the influence of the metal reflective wire net was often ignored, and the cable segment connector was ignored, which was simplified as a node for processing. The cable net structure of deployable antenna is composed of cable segment and cable segment connector, and the front cable net is covered with wire reflective net, so the influence of reflective net and cable segment connector should be considered in the form-state analysis of cable net structure. Based on quaternion to describe the attitude of cable segment connector, introducing the membrane element with equal stress in all directions, the force balance equation and moment balance equation of cable segment connector center are derived, and then the shape optimization model of cable membrane structure considering cable segment connector is established. The cable membrane structures with and without cable segment connectors are analyzed, and the influence of cable segment connectors on the analysis results is discussed. Finally, the finite element model of cable membrane structure is established, and the results of form-state analysis are verified. The results show that the established form-state optimization model can further improve the surface accuracy of the designed cable-membrane structure.
