Abstract:
Aiming at the complex multi-source and dynamic energy characteristics of CNC machining tools, a modeling methodology is proposed based on BPMN (business process model and notation). Firstly, the energy sub-systems of machining tools are divided into time-varying and non time-varying energy units with their power attributes, and the energy consumption of the execution process and the coupling relationship of their work ststus are also studied respectively. Secondly, an execution process model and a coupling relationship model are established with the BPMN2.0 specification, and an integrated approach with the energy data and time series data of this model are also proposed. Finally, a case study of a process with milling tool is given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model and approach.
