Decision-making for Product Life Cycle Design Solution Based on Multi-layer Constraints Satisfaction Problem

Abstract: In order to realize the generation and decision-making of product green design solution, a multi-layer expression model based on Function-Behavior-Structure-Material-Process (FBS-MP) is constructed, and the generation of green design solution is mapped to the constraint satisfaction problem (CSP). A stepwise solution strategy based on backtracking algorithm is proposed to obtain the design solution set. Moreover, a multi-attribute decision-making method based on “combination weighting-TOPSIS- grey relation analysis (GRA)” is proposed. The combined weights of evaluation indexes are allocated by nonlinear multiplication and addition of the principal and objective weights of AHP and entropy method. Furthermore, the optimization of green design solution is realized by introducing grey relation degree into TOPSIS analysis. Finally, through the sensitivity analysis of the preference coefficient and evaluation index weight of multi-attribute decision-making method, the accuracy and reliability of the proposed decision-making mechanism are verified.
