Abstract:

:The wear of Machine Tool is the important factors which result in machine precision decrease or loss. In view of wear depth prediction of machine tool, a method of machine tool wear analysis based on Archard model and finite element simulation experiments is proposed. The method based on modified Archard model to form a kind of wear depth calculation formula, and adopts a discretization method to solve; with the ANSYS software, machine tool wear finite element analysis simulation methods and processes are mentioned; Finally, using lathe sliding guide as an example, an experiment using the finite element method is done to simulate and analyze the wear process of the slideway of machine tool, and a formula of wear depth about the number of wear is obtained. The results show that the simulation values of machine tool wear depth is consistent with the actual values.
