Typical Process Capability Analysis of Small-batch Production Based on Fuzzy Matter-element

Abstract: Along with social science and technology progressing, market competition becoming white-hot, and markets being oriented by customers, multiple-variety and small-batch production has become the mainstream trend of current manufacturing, however, the quality control and analysis of multiple-variety and small-batch production process has become a thorny problem due to the lack of machining data. To solve this challenge, a “typical process” capability analysis method of small-batch production based on fuzzy matter-element is put forward. The analysis method of fuzzy matter-element is adopted, while one process is regarded as one fuzzy matter-element, the decision condition of similar process is constructed according to the process capability influence factors and then the processes similar to original processes are found out, by which a new “typical process” with large quantities of sample data characteristics can be built up; with the analysis on the new “typical process” capability, the “typical process” capability level can be figured out and the corresponding control measures can be done; Finally examples are used to verify the correctness and feasibility of the method.
