Abstract: Proceed from the oriented parameters, using the simple dynamic model, build the mathematical model for butterfly plate steering system of self-propelled hydraulic transporter, determined the hinge point position of rod, butterfly plate and hydraulic cylinder, completed the design of single steering mechanism. on this basis, arrangement symmetrical or asymmetrical mechanism on both sides of steering, combination the complementary ideas between hydraulic power and the movement of mechanical lever, propose a method that through the hydraulic cylinder own different areas to provide the rate of steer turning and driving force, for resolve the problem that both sides of the butterfly plate mechanical bodies uncoordinated and the movement and force of hydraulic cylinder inconsistent which caused by the different arrangement in the asymmetry steering mechanism compared to symmetry, against the synchronization mode of trajectory for different steering arrangement, use the energy transfer channel that interconnected both sides of the hydraulic steering system, designed the connection ways to hydraulic circuit of steering corresponding, achieve the synchronization of the track, improving steering performance. simulation and experimental research of a designing transporter steering system, confirmed the method feasibility and practicality, provide theoretical guidance for the optimization design of self-propelled hydraulic transporter steering system.
