Abstract: The key technology, key materials and equipment of Li-Ion Batteries have achieved great progresses. But, the serious lag of the group application technologies of charge, discharge and maintenance management has caused some of battery overcharge, over discharge, over temperature and over current. And that is the key issues of shortened life of battery and even burning or explosion. In an attempt to solve the above problems, the charge control technology based on the extreme cell and battery syntheses management system have been developed successfully. These technologies have been used in national and beijing olympics electric vehicles operation projects and proved an effective technology that can prevent overcharge, over discharge, over temperature and over current.
