Application of Collaborative Simulation Based on Interfaces Used in Dynamic Optimization Design

Abstract: The ultimate goal of mechanical system’s dynamic optimization design is mainly the structural shape optimization. 3-D dynamic optimism on mechanical structure with principle of minimum is not easy to computer even with the complex numerical method. Therefore, advanced simulation technology is an effective way to achieve the result of target function. As an example, the dynamic optimism of planetary frame is researched with principle of minimum with the number of planetary gears as parametric variable. The results provide not only the quantified data of fatigue life of planetary frame but also the scientific theory basis for the improvement of its structure.
