INTERVAL OPTIMIZATION OF UNCERTAIN TASKS PERFORMANCE PARAMETERS IN CONSTRUCTING MANUFACTURING COOPERATIVE ORGANIZATION

Abstract: An optimization problem of product manufacturing tasks is analysed based on the process of constructing manufacturing cooperative organization. Then the process model of manufacturing tasks inversive optimization is put forward. Af-ter the optimization process of tasks performance parameters is formalized, the common mathematical model of tasks per-formance parameters optimization is constructed. The ways to dispose uncertain tasks performance parameters in cooperative manufacturing are discussed. The model of interval vector dis-tance is constructed in inversive optimization process, and the interval optimization model of tasks performance parameters is formed. The interval optimization problem is solved by real-coded GA, and the effectiveness of model and algorithm is validated by an example.
