RESEARCH ON THE THEORETICAL CUTTING FORCE OF THE AXIAL TURN-MILLING

Abstract: The model calculating the instantaneous cutting force is founded through the instantaneous cutting area. And the changing process of the instantaneous cutting force is simulated. It is shown that the axial turn-milling is the process of variable cutting force under multi-parameters, the instantaneous cutting force of the edge is variable in a cutting process, and the circle edge is the main edge, its cutting force is more greater than the end edge’s. The instantaneous cutting force of the edge brings two breaks in one integrated cutting process.
