ANALYSIS ON TENSION BALANCE CHARACTERISTIC OF HYDRAULICS SYSTEM OF THREE GORGES SHIPLIFT

Abstract: In order to keep the equal forces of lift ropes, hydraulic balanced system is needed. While the hydraulic balanced system is first order feedback system, there are much difference between second order system and first order system. To resolve the question, a dynamic coupling synthetically method between hydraulic subsystem and lift subsystem is put forward. The key is that dynamic equation of hydraulic to subsystem is coupled into equation of lift subsystem. With the coupled mathematical model, a dynamic subsystem method based on step-by-step integration is put forward to establish the general dynamic equation of ship lift. At last, the tension balance characteristic of hydraulic cylinder is considered by general dynamic simulation.
