RESEARCH ON DISASSEMBLY SEQUENCE OF PRODUCTS BASED ON HIERARCHICAL PROBABILISTIC FUZZY COGNITIVE MAP

Abstract: According to the facts of researches on disassembly sequence, the mathematical model of hierarchical probabilistic fuzzy cognitive map and a method to generate disassembly sequence in the whole disassembly using hierarchical probabilistic fuzzy cognitive map are proposed. The method can extract information from assembly graph, such as disassembly stability and interference decision, and express disassembly model easily when the number of parts is too much or the relations among the parts are too complicated. So this method effectively makes up the deficiency of other methods. Referring flywheel accessory as study case at last, a system is got by using VC++ 6.0 to develop the three-dimension software UG. This system can extract the mating information from the three-dimension model of the products to direct the expert to establish the hierarchical probabilistic fuzzy cognitive map, generate disassembly sequence, and demonstrate the disassembly proc-ess dynamically, and check the disassembly stability, interferen-ce problem and correctness of disassembly sequence. So it shows that this method has features such as simpleness, robust-ness and practicality.
