PRODUCT OPTIMIZATION DESIGN USING QUALITY FUNCTION DEPLOYMENT

Abstract

Abstract: By introducing new concepts of actual achieved degree of attainment and planned degree of attainment of Das，degree of enterprise satisfaction，three decision models combining design budget，some technical requirement and imprecision are developed to help designer determine optimal design target. These models include maximizing overall customer satisfaction，minimising design costs and best balance model. With these models，the designer can have more choices to select optimal scheme in determining optimal design target in practice.
