RANSFER MATRIX METHOD OF FLATNESS CONTROL

Abstract

Abstract: It is the key for realizing fast and extract flatness control to establish mathematic model between shape error character value and shape adjustments. The concept of transfer matrix and mathematic model is proposed based on founded the idea of transfer function and mathematic model. According to 900 mm HC 6-rolling as an object, based on GA-BP network model , the transfer matrix for this rolling mill has been founded and processed practical application, obtained satisfied effect. It offers a novel theory and method for flatness control and application.
