RESEARCH ON TENSION STRESS THEORY OF A RIGID-PLASTIC MECHANICAL MODEL BY OPTICAL PLASTICS

Abstract: Upsetting of eireular cylinder between ordinary plat platens is studied through the optical plasticity. The photoplasticity and incremental theory are joined together to quantitative calculate the stress of upsetting circular cylinder initially. The result of simulation corresponds to the results of qualitative physical simulation. The tension stress theory of a rigid – plastic mechanical model on upsetting eireular cylinder is intensified.
