Abstract: By ANSYS finite element analysis program , the thesis researches varied load conditions of the gravel machine in the mine factory, and its disabled reason is analyzed. The spline stress results show that, stress concentration tropism is related to load condition. For supporting the stronger torsion, the spline is disabled and the gravel machine is lapsed.
