THE SOURCE OF TECH-INNOVATION---CONDITIONALITY OF KNOWLEDGE

Abstract

Abstract: The source of human civilization and progress of science-technology come form innovation which comes from the creation of knowledge which comes from the conditionalities of knowledge. It is very different effect to use the conditionality of knowledge either consciously or spontaneously. It may be quick and smooth to develop creating thinking, to solve difficult questions, to materialize and to gain new achievements, if we recognize consciously, the conditionalities of knowledge and transform it to the methods.
