Abstract: A system of on - line monitoring and automatic protection from unexpected faults is researched for crucial tools in manufacturing line according to the characteristics of main drive systems which are selected as the monitoring signals. The system adopts the monitoring model which coalesces the control of threshold and time, and is structured with industrial controlling computer automatic protection. This system is applied to industrial ground and proves its effectiveness in monitoring and controlling.
