LATHE STATIC RIGIDITY TESTER AND THE CAT SYSTEM

Abstract

Abstract: On the basis of analysis of forced and structural feature of a turning system, new type of lathe static rigidity tester has been developed. The tester combining microcomputer etc. constitute a CAT system, which makes loading on and off, sampling, and data processing, etc, finished automatically. It can directly draw, display and print rigidity curves, and makes the whole testing process rapid, accurate and audio-visual. This system can be widely used in production and teaching.
