Abstract: The theoretic and experimental provableness of the characteristics of anti-contamination of microflow-control valve is presented in this paper. The ability of anti-contamination of the valve is closely related to the structure of the pressure compensor of the valve when the control-flow is about 2～100ml/min.The result of this studies possess both practical and gulding importance for the research on low contamination sensitive hydraulic elements.
