Abstract: This paper introduces a new system for measuring dynamic accuracy and data processing of gear cutting machine. A new principle of angular displacement transducer and a device for transmission ratio transform of "electric-shaft" type are first suggested by author in this paper. This system has special function. It is suitable for not only the measurement anis analysis of middle-size machine but also the measurement and analysis of large-size, large-ratio and low speed machine particularly. The software system of data processing is introduced also. A typical example is given. This is a newest system among similar ones.
