Abstract: The relationshp between vane camber angleβ having a clear geometry with sweptback vanes and vane shape equation, revolution surface equations of hub and shroud were directly derived with differential geometry principle in this paper, Hence, it is also a mathematic al expression of vane geometry. The distribution of vane camber anglesβ along the hub and shroud were only predestinated, in the refernce [1]. Therefore, this paper is different from reference[1] in that relationship of vane camber angleβ were established by surface theory, and a convenient and accurate method are psovided.
