Abstract: Green and high efficiency is the urgent request for the modern manufacture, and the concept of service-oriented manufacture indicates an important direction for transformation and upgrading. The multi-pass milling parameters optimization for green and high efficiency based on service-oriented manufacturing has been researched from on perspective. An optimization model fulfilling chatter stability has been established to achieve the target coupling with high unit milling profit and low carbon, and the model is solved by adaptive particle swarm algorithm, and the information of optimization model is been shared with cutting parameters database, then the method is tested by a high speed milling optimization example of aluminum alloy, which indicates that the generalization capability meets the demand of value-add in milling process by using network. The influence between different variables and object function is compared, and the parameters optimization results and the sensitivity of optimization variables are analyzed, that lay the theoretical foundation to select milling parameters and program process based on service-oriented milling for green and high efficiency.
