摘要: 大家知道,外啮合轮齿泵的一对齿轮是油泵的心脏,对其参数选择合理与否,将直接影响油泵的性能、噪声和寿命。近二十多年来,国内外盛行采用苏联尤金教授和日本市川常雄(下称市川)教授新创建的齿轮泵齿轮参数计算法。本文经理论分析和计算,充分表明齿顶高系数对齿轮泵各项技术指标都起着决定性作用,但在上述两教授有关论著中都未论述。按本文理论分析得出新结论原则所选择的齿轮参数,经计算表明不仅油泵体积小、轴承负载轻,而且较大幅度降低了流量脉动率,实践也证实了这些优点。本文还提出了一个新的观点,即在相等齿数下,以单位体积排量大小,作为综合衡量油泵的齿轮参数选择是否便的准则,如果该值愈大,选择的齿轮参数就愈合理,在不等齿数下,亦可作油泵各项技术指标相对比较量。

Abstract: A pair of mashed gear sfixed in an external spur gear pump is regarded as the heart of the oil pump. Whether gear parameters are selected rationally or not affects its performance, noise and working ilfe directly. In the past twenty years or so, the method of calculating gear paramters, which was first adopted by Porf. Jokin of the Soviet Union and prof. Of Japan, has been widely used both at home and abroad. Showing a series for analyses and calculation, this article gives some evidence to indicate professors that they have paid slight attention to the fact that the addendum factor exerts a tremendous influence on the functions of the gear pump. Both analyses and practice have proved it important to select gear parameters rationally. They can help us to make the oil pump smaller in size, the bearing carry less load, and the rate of flow pulse decreased on a larger scale. A new viewpoint is put forward in this article, that is, if the number of gear teeth is the same, the magnitude of the displacement of the unit volume is the only factor which determines whether the gear parameters of the oil pump are selected rationlly. The greater the value, the more rational the gear parameters.
